Kristy Lee with Tandem Design Lab was great to work with. She had knowledge of technology that we did not so it was very helpful to have her tutoring us alone the way. She also was very creative with the design team and was always willing to make changes in a timely fashion. It is difficult to find any kind of customer service these days and I was pleasantly surprised with Kristy Lee. We did interview five other companies to design our website as it is pivotal to our business, and Kristy Lee was the least expensive and when other colleagues have looked at her work they were amazed at what a great job she did for much less cost than other companies that did not offer such good work. She was very helpful with search engine optimization and was very careful to give us the best phrases needed to give us great traffic on our site.
